Building/Construction (builders, plasterers, joiners, roofers, glaziers, landscapers)
All new/remodeling work will be carried out by local, qualified and competent tradesmen.
The works carried out by the construstion team will be safe, secure, practical and aim to conform or exceed local and national building regulations, whilst sticking to budget, following customers options and speciications and sticking to or exceeding specified deadlines.
Electricians
All works carried out will be by local, approved, competent and fully qualified technicians.
The primary aim will be to have a full, safe, efficient and modern system, taking into account our power hungry modern lifestyle habits ie tv, dvd vhs, set top box, games console, stereo which will be at least 6 sockets in one location. Home networking and telephones in every available space. Security, survailance and fire/carbon monoxide detectors.
All of which will be cost effective, efficient and safe as well as keeping with customer specifications, budget, specific deadlines and local/national building regulations.
| Plumbers All works carried out will be by local, approved, competent and fully qualified, corgi registered tradesmen.
The primary aim will be to have a full, safe, efficient and modern system. We have, and will continue to, source the most reliable and most effective means of heating water and central heating systems which will give the largest possible output for the least possible input. Also we aim to provide the best possible waste removal systems/setups, giving a long and trouble free lifespan.
All of which will be cost effective, efficient and safe as well as keeping with customer specifications, budget, specific deadlines and local/national building regulations.
Decorators and Finishers
All works carried out will be by local, approved, competent tradesmen.
We aim to finish our work as we started it, in the best possible way. Whether it is a personal des-res or a keep it clean and simple job, we believe that the finishing touches are as important, if not more so, to any job carried out. Our decoration team will carry out all work on customer specification, budget and deadlines,
We will also employ a local finishing team who can furnish, carpet, supply white goods, consumer electronics, period features/fixtures/fittings etc for any type of property, large or small, simple or bespoke. These will, of course, be within certain budget, specification and deadline constraints also
Gardening and Landscaping.
All works will be carried out by local, approved, competant green specialists.
